Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Raj Aluminium. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We request all customers to read these terms carefully before proceeding with any purchase, quotation acceptance, or project confirmation.

1. Payment Terms

For Orders Below ₹1,00,000

  • 90% advance payable at the time of order confirmation.
  • 10% balance payable after installation.

For Orders Above ₹1,00,000

  • 60% advance payable at the time of order confirmation.
  • 30% before delivery of materials.
  • 10% balance payable after installation.

Note:

  • Warranty becomes void if the balance payment is not cleared as per schedule.
  • All payments must be made in the name of Raj Aluminium only.

2. Validity & Execution Timeline

  • All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • The total execution of the project shall be completed within 3 months, unless delayed due to site conditions, client dependency, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Pricing & Size Variation

  • Prices are based on the sizes provided by the customer.
  • Prices remain valid for size variations up to ±30mm per window, provided the design and style remain unchanged.
  • If the size variation exceeds the allowed limit, pricing will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

4. Scope of Work & Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of windows after handover is not included in our scope.
  • Security tape used on windows will be removed during installation free of charge; however, tape removal post-installation will be charged at ₹100 per window.
  • Any additional commitments made by sales personnel must be confirmed prior to order placement.
  • After handover, any service related to windows or doors will be chargeable at ₹350 per visit.
  • Material unloading and on-site storage is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Disputes & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction only.

6. Warranty Terms

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is at the sole discretion of Raj Aluminium.
  • Warranty is valid only when the full payment is completed as per agreed terms.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Mishandling
    • Site negligence
    • Improper use
    • Natural wear & tear
    • Alterations by third parties

7. Installation Requirements (Customer Pre-Requisites)

To ensure smooth installation and correct performance of windows/doors, the following conditions must be met before installation begins:

  1. All walls must be plastered (inside & outside) with POP completed.
  2. Jambs, sills, and soffits must be properly plastered.
  3. Floor level must be completed where doors are installed.
  4. Window openings must be smooth and accessible.
  5. Base and top must be levelled, and sides must be vertically aligned.
  6. Sill width must be greater than the window frame width.
  7. Installation area must be accessible from inside.
  8. Grill conditions:
    • Sliding Window: Grill must be installed before window installation.
    • Casement Window: Screw-type grill recommended after window installation.
  9. At least one coat of paint should be completed before installation.
  10. Scaffolding or bracing must not obstruct the window openings.

By confirming the quotation or placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
